Each category is supported by dedicated departments with clear responsibilities:
- Goods Management: Oversees all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Dry Goods & Dried Vegetable: Handles the production and management of dried items such as bitter gourd, cucumber, and peppers.
- Leaf Vege, Cameron, China Vege, Malay Vege, Thai Vege, Herb: Responsible for sourcing and managing fresh vegetables from various regions.
- Cutting & Peeling: Provides customized cutting and peeling services to meet kitchen-ready standards.
